Are you looking for a particular gender?
What sort of personality do you want them to have?
What sort of ceremony do you want?
Have they done many ceremonies or are you happy with a 'green' celebrant?
Should you / how do you check their credentials?
Is cost a factor?
Do they need to be local to where you are getting married or are they prepared to travel?
How many appointments should you have?
Do they do an onsite rehersal?
Do you expect them to dress a certain way?
